The breakfast with the waffle maker and also the complimentary food was great, had so much to choose from. Its location was beautiful, adjacent to Burlington proper and the water front.

The hotel staff was a bit rude.

The breakfast is complimentary, the room is huge and big with a separate bedroom. Marvellous and stunning location close to a shopping area, you can walk everywhere.

Brand-new hotel, it offers great breakfast and spotless and reasonably large rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are accommodating and outstandingly accommodating. The property restaurant is good. Would like to stay there on the next trip, a such great stay for one night.

The hotel was perfect and fairly clean, spotless and reasonably large rooms. Units with a separate bedroom. Our experience was really great from the moment we checked in, will be back.

The morning breakfast was delicious and great with the waffle maker and also the complimentary food. The location was marvellous and beautiful for South Burlington, really close to restaurants with shopping nearby and a shopping area. I was surprised at nearby eco bean & greens, they had some goodies, drinks.

As a solo traveler, I loved the amenities at Homewood Suites. The room felt like a cozy apartment with a kitchen and living room. The staff was friendly and the place was spotless. I also enjoyed the free breakfast and happy hour with complimentary buffet and beer. The location was convenient as well, with a Trader Joe's nearby for grocery shopping and downtown just a short distance away. Plus, the free parking was a perk compared to other hotels in the area.

It felt almost like being at home, as the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

My room was huge and big room with the TV did n't work and toilet/shower, for instance. The delicious and great breakfast had plenty of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding. The location was marvellous and stunning, very close to everything that is going on in the area!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They allowed me to have a late checkout, which was extremely helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to downtown and the harbor area. There was even a complimentary shuttle that took me to places within a five-mile radius. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were comfortable and new. The breakfast provided was delicious and the weekday evening social get-together for guests was a great addition.

The room was perfectly clean and huge and had a good bathroom. It was equipped with a bathtub.

The room I got was new-fashioned and neat with pull out couch and the 2 bed, for instance. Favourable and marvellous location to the water front & airport, met what I needed. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool and hot tub. Complimentary evening meal was a nice surprise. Good breakfast. Convenient location.
